Terms of service
- Payments: Only PayPal accepted.- Payment Timing: Full payment is required upon receiving the sketch.- Completion Time: Commissions are completed within 1-2 weeks.- Revisions: Two major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase. Additional revisions may incur extra charges.- Refund Policy: No refunds will be issued once the final artwork has been delivered.- Additional Characters: Same price as the base character.- Usage Rights (Personal Use): The artist retains all rights to the artwork and may use it for portfolios and social media. The client may use the artwork for personal, non-commercial purposes only.- Commercial Use: Commercial commissions are subject to higher pricing due to the extended usage rights. The artist retains the right to use the artwork for portfolios and promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon.- Credit: The client must provide credit to the artist whenever the artwork is used in public-facing materials for commercial use, unless a buyout is purchased.- Delivery Format: Final artwork will be delivered as a 3K resolution PNG file. Through email- Complexity Clause: Highly detailed or complex designs may require additional time and charges.- Termination Clause: The artist reserves the right to terminate the commission if the client is uncooperative or abusive. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued.---
